Liam Mitchell Cinematographer

Liam is visual storyteller, his work is both real and cinematic. Liam was the 2nd Unit Director of Photography on the feature film REMEMORY for Director Mark Palansky, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. His short film credits include VEHICULAR ROMANTICIDE, which was the Official Selection of both the Whistler and Vancouver Film Festivals and won Best Cinematography for Liam.

He has also lensed a number of documentary projects, including two for the NFB entitled LOOSE WIRES and SEVEN DIGITAL DEADLY SINS, which screened at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Liam has shot commercials with clients such as Crate & Barrel, A&W, Aritzia, Herschel and Subaru as well as branded content campaigns for Canon, Nike and Lululemon. His work on the music video for “Stadium Pow Wow” with A TRIBE CALLED RED, has garnered him a CSC nomination for Best Music Video Cinematography as well as an MMVA for Best EDM/Dance Video.
